BMC Remedy Administrator

DESCRIPTION:
Provide testing, documentation, installation, configuration and administration of all supported and licensed BMC products. Troubleshoot and resolve BMC application related issues and updating tickets with BMC technical support. Work with ITSM development staff to identify corrective actions for ITSM application and AR workflow issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate's Degree and/or 3 years equivalent experience
• 3+ year's hands-on experience with Remedy ITSM Suite
• Knowledge of help desk operations and fundamentals
• 2+ years of IT Windows/UNIX IT Experience
• Security+ CE or higher certification
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification

PREFERRED:
• Experience with the development and administration of the BMC Remedy ITSM suite (specifically the Incident, Change and Asset Management modules) preferred
• An existing Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance

BMC Remedy Architect

DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a senior Enterprise Architect role in DoD and/or Navy software systems environments performing BMC Remedy ITSM service integration, service brokering and real-time data quality monitoring including designing and onboarding external interfaces and integrations with disperse technologies, mapping and modeling data, and performing conversion and normalization.

Experience with requirements, analysis, design and engineering IT Service Management software solutions and self-service catalogs and portals that have intricate theming and branding, internal and external interfaces, service workflow automation and integrated collaboration. Improves operation through adoption of industry best practices and design and build methodologies (Agile, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), etc.). Demonstrated success with documenting data standards and rules for governance, supporting information assurance, security and accreditation; assessing industry solutions, developing sandboxes for demonstration and evaluation, performing rapid prototyping and completing business case analysis for viable solutions; authoring standard operating procedures, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, end-user instructions and technical and system architecture documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced knowledge of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Asset, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, the Configuration Management Database, Discovery and Innovation Studio).

Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, is required. A minimum of ten (10) years architecting complex DoD and Navy high availability and distributed data environments, with solutions using Microsoft Windows Server, Internet Information Server (IIS), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Common Access Card (CAC) authentication, Single Sign-on, Apache Tomcat Web Server, Cascading Stylesheets (CSS), eXtensible Markup Language (XML), Java Server Pages (JSP), DOS batch files and scripting, web callbacks, Remedy Action Request System (ARS), SAP Web Intelligence, API Integrations (REST, Web Services, SOAP, etc.) and Plug-ins.

Configuration and administration of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Asset, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, Digital Workplace, SmartIT, the Configuration Management Database, Discovery and Innovation Studio). Provide support for upgrades and design of integration of the ITSM suite with other BMC products. Develop custom applications and workflows to support the automation of manual and resource intensive business processes. Work with process owners and customers to identify requirements then design and develop solutions based on those requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of help desk operations and fundamentals
• 4+ years Windows Server Administration
• Experience with performing business analysis on data warehousing to develop dashboards
• 4+ years expert hands-on experience with Remedy ITSM Suite administration and development
• 1 year ADDM (BMC Discovery)
• Security+ CE or higher certification
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification

Kinetic Data Developer

DESCRIPTION:
Develop service items, catalogs, tasks, and task handlers to meet the customer's needs. Leverage the Kinetic Data product suite (including, Kinetic Request, Kinetic Task, Kinetic Calendar, and Kinetic Survey). Support all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, system design, software development, testing, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years' experience developing service items leveraging the Kinetic Data product suite (including, Kinetic Request, Kinetic Task, Kinetic Calendar, and Kinetic Survey)
• 3 years' experience developing integrations with the Kinetic Data product suite, using technologies such as LDAP, Remedy and AWS
• 3 years' experience with Java, JavaScript, CSS, Ruby, XML, Kinetic Request Remedy Edition (Apache Cassandra and Kinetic Request Core Edition being very helpful)

PREFERRED:
• Experience with the development and administration of the BMC Remedy ITSM suite (specifically the Incident, Change and Asset Management modules) preferred
• An existing Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance (or a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain one by passing a complete background check)

DESCRIPTION
The Shore Tactical Assured Command & Control (STACC) VMware Engineer will design, implement, and support a vSAN 6 implementation.

The STACC VMware Engineer should have:
• Recent experience designing and implementing VMware vSAN 6 storage hosting architecture for small to medium sized datacenters.
• The ability to work both independently, and with small teams consisting of both subject matter experts and junior engineers in order to complete technical requirements gathering; system design to specification; system hardening in accordance with DISA STIG and industry security best practices; documentation of design, installation procedures and standard operating procedures for the system; and to provide technical focused planning to include materials cost, scope, level of effort and schedules relating to design milestones and deliverables.
• The candidate should be comfortable contributing to, and actively participating in system design briefings and technical meetings with peers, leadership and industry partners.

DESCRIPTION
Web Logic/Docker Administrator, you will be part of our Enterprise UNIX System Administration Team working to ensure the operability of server applications utilized by the Navy throughout the world.

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain daily operation and problem resolution of system applications to provide optimum performance and application availability
• Work with vendors, develops, system administrators, and database administrators to configure, install, upgrade, manage devices, and render performance and reliability recommendations.
• Develop, recommend, document, implement, and maintain system application management policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on systems for proactive monitoring such as space usage, deleting log files, dump files, and error correcting
• Implement and maintain DISA application STiGs

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

UNIX, Linux, Windows Operating System, or Oracle certification within 6 months of employment date.

3 - 5 years' experience in server application administration and maintenance in a LINUX and UNIX (Solaris 10 or higher) environment including shell script development and debugging

1 - 3 years' experience installing and administering Oracle's WebLogic application server in a multi-domain Enterprise

1.5 - 3 years' experience with Enterprise server and application system administration on Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher

Working knowledge of the configuration of Docker containers
